How To: Milk Cleanser

Facts:
MILK - Nature's most effective natural cleanser.

Information:
Your face instantly gets a fresh and glowing look. This is good for all skin types.

Ingredients:
Take half a cup of cold milk.
1 tablespoon of salt or Sugar.
& then shake shake shake!!

Directions:
Take balls of cotton or cotton pads, soak and then gently dab mixture all over forehead, face and neck.
Leave it on for 2-3 minutes. Apply again.
Now rub gently in the circular motion and wash off. The salt in the milk gently exfoliate dead skin and the milk nourishes the skin.

Storage / Container:
I store the mixture in a small travel size bottle and place it in the fridge for no more then 2-3 days :)
It's easy this way because you can shake the mixture good before each use and squeeze it on to your cotton pad. + the cap closes tight to keep it safe from bacteria from entering.

Results:
I have been doing this for years...
I actually just applied a cleaning last night and I love it because it makes my skin so smooth and fakes my skin to looking alert and a bit brighter. I like it as well for the fact that it feels like I just applied a light milk lotion to my face, very nice to moisterize.

Any sort of milk can be used. I use Soy myself.
