Cranberries aren't just for Thanksgiving, they can be used all year round for a relaxing facial. They can be found easily at almost any food market!! This facial treatment can be expensive at trendy spas, but you can make your own cranberry facial mask at home for just a fraction of the cost. The enzymes in cranberries act as exfoliants and will leave your skin healthy and silky smooth.
I use this when the season starts to get cold and my skin starts to get dry! At night I find it to work best for me, I like to apply firming cream at night right after my mask of choice and this helps my face feel moisture packed and amazingly smooth. It also is an excellent exfoliant for my dry skin. I've tried this out on the weekends early morning and I notice the glow it gives my skin and I just love it. I hope you all enjoy this delightful mask!
Ingredients:
6 Tablespoons Fresh Cranberries
1 yogurt 2% or whole yogurt
1/3 Cup Water
(optional) pinch of sugar, 1/2 grated apple
Mixture/ Application:
Boil the cranberries with the water for 10 minutes. Mash them up and let them cool. In the meantime, grate the apple (if using) and mix with the cooled cranberries & sugar & yogurt. When mixture is done apply for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and follow with your moisturizer. Enjoy!

Dinner & Quick Question :)
Oki so the obvious benefits of Pineapple are all the vitamins and minerals the fruit is loaded with. Its nutrients include calcium, potassium, fiber, and vitamin C. In addition it is low in fat and cholesterol. I love fresh fruit as you all probably have noticed. Today I was very busy on the go and the temperature outside was hottt! I drank lots of fluids (water) & ate my pineapple for dinner with some almonds :)Eating Almonds in moderation promotes lower cholesterol levels, prevents heart disease and can help with weight loss!

Dinner: Kiwi, Mango, Strawberries
I am a fruit junkie!(Vegan) When it comes to the way I eat I pick carefully. I enjoy all fruits and Veggies and find them simply delicious! Today on my plate I have Mango, strawberries, & Kiwi! Not only are they good in taste they help your body in more ways then you know. Fruit is known to help you in a number of ways depending on what types you eat. Right now lets just say I'm not only fighting cravings and hunger :)Fruit is beneficial to your skin and appearance! I mean after all this is a beauty blog and I feel the need to re inform you of these miracle workers !!
If you really want a long list just google the benefits, you would be amazed!
Anyways I've been doing a bit of thinking today, would you guys be interested in videos and blogs about "in the day of..." or would that be rather boring? I mean my life is not super exciting but I enjoy topics of such and find the ramblings nice. What do you think!?
Before you reach for a bottle why not grab a plate?!"-I love fruits.. I grab a Naked Juice or Odwalla because well I don't always have time to sit down and eat a meal. Of coarse you should never gulp down the entire bottle. I always buy the BIG jugs and pour half a glass. Ive actually tweeted about it before. The half of glass fills me up and gives me what I need. Love them! :) Nothing beats fresh fruit though :D"-Cheers
