Dinner: Strawberries & Bananas

Yes....
I'm a big fan of Strawberries & Bananas :)
I eat fruit & veggies everyday but this awesome duo appears more often the most.

FACTS:
Bananas Provide Energy! Because of the abundance of vitamins and minerals, bananas are a great source of natural energy. Eating only two bananas will give you enough energy to exercise or workout for an hour and a half. Bananas are also ideal for eating during that midday lull when you feel tired and sluggish.

Strawberriesare an excellent source of insoluble fiber, strawberries promote satiation, a plus when trying to maintain or lose weight. Also, strawberries are very low in calories, with only 49 calories per one cup serving of strawberry halves.

Studies have shown that a diet high in fruit can help prevent many of the symptoms of diseases like Alzheimer's disease and other deteriorating conditions of the brain.

The benefits of fruit are so well accepted that the USDA recommends at least five servings a day of fruit in your diet.

(Keep in mind) The facts listed are only very few of many benefits to each fruit, so eat up!

So....
I guess with that being said I stay healthy & fight off harm from my brain on a daily. xD I had some water as well with my meal :)

Dinner & Quick Question :)

Oki so the obvious benefits of Pineapple are all the vitamins and minerals the fruit is loaded with. Its nutrients include calcium, potassium, fiber, and vitamin C. In addition it is low in fat and cholesterol. I love fresh fruit as you all probably have noticed. Today I was very busy on the go and the temperature outside was hottt! I drank lots of fluids (water) & ate my pineapple for dinner with some almonds :)Eating Almonds in moderation promotes lower cholesterol levels, prevents heart disease and can help with weight loss!

I hope that everyone's week is starting out in the best of ways :) I have a lot of great posts on the way! (contest winners soon!) What kind of posts do you all enjoy from me?! Maybe I can do more of something or less? Let me know x
