I've got pumpkin on my mind. They are high in vitamins A and C and zinc, this gourd-like squash helps heal and protect the skin from free radicals, all while gently dissolving dead skin cells. The addition of egg helps bind the mask together, nourishing and lifting the skin.

You will see instant results with this mask! After the mixture is removed from the skin your skin is so soft it will be hard not to touch it. The smell is faint but so yummy. I noticed it dries up any imperfections I have over time with continued use and has made my skin appear more radiant! Love this mask :)

Ingredients:
1 cup of pumpkin fresh or can
1 egg
+ a dash of milk or soy milk for extra moisture!

Customize:
If desired, add a splash of milk, to give your skin some moister.
For dry skin, Add a bit of honey, which not only acts as a humectant, but the natural sweetener provides antiseptic properties, too. For oily skin, mix in a splash of apple cider or cranberry juice.

Application:
Apply the mixture on your face. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water. I pat it after with a cold face cloth.

HOW TO: Almond Face Mask

Almonds and almond oil have been used for beauty purposes for ages. Being rich in nutrients, especially Vitamins A and E, almond oil improves complexion and soothes skin irritation and inflammation.  An almond face mask is a great way to repair damaged skin.  The natural ingredients that go into a homemade almond face mask rejuvenate the facial skin, making it healthy and glowing. An almond mask can especially prove handy if you have dry skin, and are having a tough time keeping your skin youthful and moisturized.

I tend to use this in the winter when my skin gets a bit tough and I want it to be itself again :) Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp honey
1 egg yolk
½ tsp almond oil
1 tbsp yogurt

Mix all ingredients and blend well!

Application:
Apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and gently wipe the residue with a damp cloth to reveal a much softer and suppler skin.

How To: Green Tea Fix

Green tea has a lot of antioxidants that benefits the body in many ways and can even be used to treat acne. Its one of the most natural ways to help your skin appear brighter and flawless!! Green tea on your skin will help support elasticity and smooth skin. Some ways to utilize this source are key pointed below. Enjoy!

  • If you already drink tea, switch to green tea. It will work better if you already drink it regularly. After each cup of green tea that you drink, take the tea bag out and cut it open. Empty the contents into a small cup and add a little honey to it to make it into a paste. Make sure your face is clean before you apply the paste. Leave it on for ten minutes and then rinse it off.

  • If you are about to go somewhere and need to look nice and fresh-faced but don't have the time for a full facial, try this. Take a tea bag and run it over super hot water, enough to make it steamy. Squeeze out some of the water (but not all of it) and rub the tea bag all over your face for one or two minutes or until the tea bag has cooled off and isn't steamy anymore.

  • Use green tea on your face early in the morning along with your facial cleanser. To arrive to school or work with a glowing face, add green tea to your cleanser. Run a tea bag over super hot water, cut it open, and empty its contents into a small cup. Take your facial cleanser (a cream cleanser such as Noxzema or Clearasil will work best, since the creamy texture and green tea will bind together better)and spoon about 2 tablespoons (doesn't have to be exact) of the cleanser into the cup and mix it all together with the spoon. It should look like thick white cream with LOTS of green flecks in it. Spread it on your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, go make your bed to pass the time, and then rinse it off.

  • Make a green tea steam facial. Boil some water and then pour it into a large bowl. Take a tea bag, cut it open, and empty the contents into the hot water. Take a towel and place it over your head. Then bend over the bowl, making sure your face isn't very close to the water, but close enough to feel the steam. Stay under for only five minutes.

  • Splash green tea on your face. Prepare really hot green tea and let it cool. When it has cooled down, go to a sink and pour some of the tea from the mug into your hand. Splash it all over your face repeatedly until there's no more tea. Then rinse your face with cool water.

green tea mask
mix 1 Tbsp. powdered green tea, 3 drops of lemon juice and ½ cup warm water. Mix until it makes a paste, and smooth over your face and relax for 10 - 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

HOW TO: STRAWBERRY FACE

These are amazing couldn't be easier skin treatments. Heavenly!

Strawberry Facial Scrub:
Make a mixture of 1 tsp brown sugar and 2 mashed strawberries.
Brown sugar will remove dead cells and strawberries are going
to make your skin baby-soft.

Apply in the way you would any facial scrub rinse after scrub is complete :)

Strawberry Cream Mask:
INGREDIENTS

4 medium-sized ripe strawberries
1 tablespoon fresh heavy cream
1 tablespoon organic honey

Honey–known for centuries as a natural humectant–combined with cream nourishes tired skin and keeps it supple and moist, while the salicylic acid in strawberries cleanses by removing impurities and dead cells.

Smash the strawberries with the back of a fork or puree them in a blender. Add the cream and honey to the puree to form a thick mixture.Apply to the clean face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes, and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off, using bottled or spring water and cotton pads.

If you rather buy yourself a bottle of pre-made strawberry facial, i'd suggest: Mario Badescu Strawberry Face Scrub. It's made with real Strawberry seeds that gently buff away flaky skin while natural AHA’s break down dulling build-up to unclog pores and prevent blackheads. It improves skin's overall texture by revealing healthy, glowing skin. BUY

Good Stuff !! This is one of my favorite products as far as a satisfying facial goes.
