HOW TO: Apple Scrub

Ingredients:
1 cup Applesauce
2 tbs Sugar
1 tbs Green tea or olive oil

Application:
Mix them all together ,Apply the mixture daily on a dry skin after cleansing with a mild facial cleanser in a circular motion to areas where breakouts are the most common.

Quick Facts:
Malic acid in apples can remove dead skin and help the skin to renew itself, making it glow. Sugar polishes away rough spots and green tea olive oil can remove free radicals, provide UV protection and seals the moisture into the skin to prevent moisture lost.

How To: Lemon Scrub

Freshly squeezed lemons are loaded with all the good stuff ! I have used this mixture for a great while and suggest your daily moisturizer afterwards. Your skin will feel superior, i'm sure of this :) Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 fresh lemon

Mixture & Application:
First mix the olive oil and sea salt together. Once the salt gets coated by the oil, the lemon won’t dissolve it! Next cut the lemon in half and squeeze over the salt + oil. Mix and mash. Then scrub away!! Following rinse face with warm water and pat dry.

TIP:
Lemons can irritate the skin so avoid if you have broken or sensitive skin . Never apply lemon on its own to the skin, always mix it with water or other ingredients. Also don’t apply lemon to the skin before sun exposure.

How To: Coffee Skin Revitalizer

"Exfoliates very well and the caffeine seeps into your skin and makes you feel awake and not jittery. It does not stain and adding the honey will moisturize your skin."

Ingredients:

  • Coffee grinds
  • Honey (optional, but recommended for dry/sensitive skin types.)

How to prepare:
Take about 1/4 cup of coffee grinds or use whatever is left from the morning brew. Add just enough honey to create a blendable scrub, a few drops should be enough.

Application:
Apply all over body and face scrubbing in circular motions. I reccommend using immediately after mixing before the grinds and honey melt together. Always moisturize after this treatment.

"I love this trick because it is fairly easy for me! I drink coffee on a daily and the grinds from the pot after my  coffee are always there for me to use!"

Tip:
I feel refreshed, my skin is smooth. Great for fatigue or dreary mornings. Use decaf at night.
