Flip Book: Express Magazine

I got this magazine in the post on Friday! I had planned on going to express this weekend but didn't make it. The photographs in this flip book are just gorgeous! Beautiful pieces showcased with high quality gloss photos! Page after page I found myself wanting more then enough items. I shop a lot online and I ordered some of the items from the book as well as from the website. There is a lot of new items in because of the changing seasons of course! I thought sharing this would help you all be aware of the great fashion express has to offer. Please know this is not a paid post or I was not given free items. I am just sharing one of my favorite places to shop with you! :)

Keep in mind this is not every single page I only took a few pictures of what stood out to me!

Not only are the items to die for but the makeup and hair is very nicely done! Wouldn't you agree?

Victoria's Secret Holiday 2010

Can you believe it the holiday's are here! This years issue is packed with a gorgeous collection of colors,textures & styles! Every flip of the page was another love! I think they did well with the cover this year. Makeup & hair is flawless, eye catching.

I'm not so fond of animal print but the design of this garment stood out to me. It is very feminine and looks very supportive.

WOW. Look at the detail in this one! Gorgeous minds made this piece. The design and detail definitely hold top spot ,wow factor. I feel like I'm always looking for the right sort of bra for what I am wearing so there is no such thing as to many under garments! Remember that ladies! it's not a want but a need! hehe

GORGEOUS! It looks just like a mini corset. Little things done to the most simple piece are always appreciated in my books.

I'm in love with this coat. The Cobalt Blue is gorgeous to the eye and the style is classic perfect for work or a night out during cold nights. 

They had a few new products featured. I like the lineup of shades shown and the packaging is very cute. I think I might have to take a nosy into VS soon for sure!

Loving the royal purple and the way of the design. very cute.

Who doesn't love free makeup?! Yes Please!

I always get new pj's especially for the holiday's! I was excited with the items shown but then I just all of a sudden had the urge to splurge on a million pair and sit upon the very tip top of them as she is! Good times!

I don't always love the covers of my magazines seems I always have something to say of dislike towards them but !!... Lauren Conrad Love her. She is so pretty and stylish! Love the cover this month :)


Well Fall is here and I'm starting to see "layers" everywhere. I was excited to see them in this month's issue in the most put together way.


Phew! That was a close one ladies! Thank god for our monthly issues ey? hehe

This look stood out to me more than any other in the entire magazine! I love the eyes, hair, and cute top! Gorgeous :)

I loved this issue I'm still reading most of it I've been on the go these past few days so it's been nice company on my down moments :)

Allure Magazine: September issue

kim kardashian was on the cover, they has an entire story on her with photographs and random tad bits. I like the natural look however it kind of does not even look like her?! Something nice to say well... I do lover her fashion style she always looks dressed to impress.



CHANEL what a stunning ad! I think it is perfect she looks flawless in the photograph and the lip color is a very nice shade :)

This palette is everywhere! It was all over the magazine it seems to be the craze right now. I think i'm still the only one without it! :(

Glamour Magazine: October Issue 2010

Cute cover! Love the black white and pink :) Its kind of playful and fun! The last cover was sort of serious and I hated the animal print.


Well its not the 400+ pages like the last issue but still a lot of great things to read and see!


I love to try new skincare products! I'm sick over them really! I have so many, but I do use them. I like to see the change it gives you upon your skin! I wonder if this will work in any sort of way? Nice of them to include a "small" sample :)


I happen to love this foundation. I know a lot of people don't like it, but it gives me a clean smooth finish and does not weigh down on me like frosting! ew. + the sleek packaging is always a plus!


Glamour Says: 1) To count candy corn as a vegetable. 2) To have your first "I love you" to him be an accident "Love you, bye!" 3) Not to buy soap, jelly beans, batteries and shampoo! you don't need just so you don't walk up to the counter holding only a pregnancy test. The checkout guy is not going to call your mother. 4) To high-five a complete stranger who's wearing your team's gear! 5)To hate the word "manscaping" but insist on it all the same. 6) to believe in ghosts, gremlins and alien abductions, if only to explain the mysterious disappearance of your 527th black umbrella.



Jennifer's makeup is done very well in this photograph. I like it a lot, I think it would work well for a night out. I may try to re create this. Look out for that post in the future ;)

Glamour Magazine: September Issue 2010

Well first thoughts of the cover. I like the Black and Pink Print. But... I don't like the leopard print chosen for the shoot. I don't like prints of this kind & it would of appealed to me all the more if the spread was done with something other rather.



The jacket in the photograph shoot is brilliant!! I love the detail the large buttons and the warm color selected for the piece. I love these jackets because they are perfect for the Fall & Winter seasons. They allow you to be fashionable rather then hiding your outfit under a baggy coat. With this piece you are displaying your outfit and keeping warm.




This caught my eye straight away. I opened up the magazine and came straight to this. The color applied on for shadow is so vibrant. The overall look is intense! The flower above is beautiful and is the perfect accessory to the photograph.



As the magazine states: 1) To eat a doughnut when you want a doughnut, every last crumb. An apple is just not the same. 2)... To never trust a man in silk boxers 3) ... To move across the country, or around the world, for love. It's also OK to make him move.You re worth it! 4)...if you never felt a "runners high." Unless you mean the high you feel when you stop running. 5) To kindly ask men to stop saying "we're Pregnant" 6) ... If you want to stop hearing about vampires, wizards, werewolves or zombies ever again. Does pop culture have to be a nonstop horror movie? Car chase, anyone? 7)...if there's not a name for your haircut. It's just "you!"



This dress is lovely. I have a closet full of dresses and I am always happy to have another. They are part of my list of happiness :) I adore her hair & makeup as well, Beautiful!



These look amazing. The advertising on these products immediately caught my eye because of the fruit! You all know how much I love my fruit! There were a lot of items i found and already knew of that reminded me that I need to pull out my wish list and add a few things to it. For example I may be the last person on earth that does not own Photo Ready Foundation. I want to try it badly but seem to always forget. In time it will be a part of my collection I'm sure of it :)

I still have a lot to read and see being that there is 420 pages. I plan to read some more during my break at work in the morning :) I thought I'd share my thoughts on the magazine with you ladies being that it is being talked of so much. I wish you all a lovely week!
